Yoga in the Park | Free Community Class

This FREE community class is open to everyone — no experience needed. Children under 12 are welcome with an adult.

The Thomaston Recreation Department and Clocktower Yoga are working together to bring this special event to our town. As autumn begins, we’ll gather at Nystrom Park for a relaxing evening together.

This Slow Flow class will include easy full-body stretches, calming breathwork, and restful stillness to help you release tension and reset. It’s a chance to enjoy the beauty of the park, soak in the last light of summer, and welcome the new season with friends and neighbors. You’ll leave feeling more open, grounded, and connected to both your body and the world around you.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to practice on.
